Question 1

What exactly is SELOPLES?

Accepted Answer

SELOPLES is your single point of contact for integral services aimed at Church entities. We coordinate everything you need —events, pilgrimages, consultancy, technology, communication, training and more— so that you do not have to manage dozens of suppliers.

Question 2

What type of entities can work with you?

Accepted Answer

We work with parishes, dioceses, congregations, foundations, religious orders, movements, associations and any entity linked to the Church that needs to outsource or coordinate services in a professional and approachable manner.

Question 3

How does the service work?

Accepted Answer

It is very simple: you tell us what you need, we analyse the situation, design a bespoke proposal, implement the solution by coordinating the right professionals and support you throughout the entire process with continuous follow-up.

Question 4

Do you only offer the services shown on the website?

Accepted Answer

No. The services shown are those most in demand, but if your entity needs something specific that you do not see reflected, please ask us. Our goal is to provide solutions, not to fit your needs into a closed catalogue.

Question 5

How is the budget calculated?

Accepted Answer

Every project is different. We study the scope, complexity, required resources and deadlines to give you a clear and tailored proposal, with no hidden costs and total transparency from the very beginning.

Question 6

How long does it take to start a project?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the type of service. Some enquiries are resolved in days; other projects, such as a pilgrimage or an event, require more planning. In any case, we define a realistic schedule and keep you informed at every stage.

Question 7

Is there any minimum commitment to get started?

Accepted Answer

No. You can start with an initial consultation with no obligation. We listen to your case, propose the best solution, and you decide whether you want to proceed, without pressure or forced permanence.

Question 8

Does SELOPLES provide all services directly?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the need, SELOPLES may provide, manage or coordinate the solution together with specialised professionals and suppliers. Our aim is for the entity to have a single point of contact throughout the process.

Question 9

Can I contract a single service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can count on us for a specific need or to comprehensively coordinate everything your entity needs throughout the year.

Question 10

What happens if I need something that isn't on the website?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about it. SELOPLES does not work as a closed catalogue. We analyse every need and study the best way to help you.

Question 11

Does SELOPLES work exclusively with entities of the Catholic Church?

Accepted Answer

SELOPLES specialises in providing integral services for parishes, dioceses, congregations, schools and other entities linked to the Catholic Church.

Question 12

Who will be my contact person during the project?

Accepted Answer

Always the same person from SELOPLES, from the first conversation to subsequent follow-up. A single point of contact throughout the entire process.

Question 13

Do you work throughout Spain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our headquarters are in Madrid and we coordinate projects throughout Spain, relying on professionals and providers from each area.

Question 14

Do you offer services with international coverage?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for services such as pilgrimages, travel, or goods transport, we can coordinate projects outside of Spain. Tell us the specific case and we will study it.

Question 15

Can I ask you about a need without knowing exactly which service I require?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In fact, that is precisely one of the reasons SELOPLES exists. Tell us the problem or the need and we will help you work out the solution.
